Clearglaze of Bath are looking for a part time Administrator to work in their showroom in Oldfield Park, Bath, Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm . This role would be ideal for a dynamic individual who is happy to work on their own initiative and as part of a busy Sales Team.
In this role, you would be providing support for the combined sales and service teams. The role will involve responding to enquiries both by phone and email, quoting customers and selling the needs and benefits of the products.
Attention to detail is essential, as an amount of data entry processes will be involved and a correct first-time attitude will be required.
Candidates will receive training and coaching, over 4-12 weeks at Thermaglaze, our Head Office in Warminster, so no prior experience is required. Just a passion for customer service and a go get it attitude.
Duties will include (but not limited to):-
- Greeting clients, and being the first point of contact for the showroom/office
- Assist customers with a first class customer service
- Inputting information into our bespoke database
- Supporting Sales Advisors.
- Preparing quotes and contracts
- Answering phone calls and emails
- General office administration
Applicants must have:
- Good computer skills, in particular Microsoft Office
- A confident, pleasant phone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Smart appearance
- Own transport as you may be required at our Warminster Branch occasionally.
- Some flexible working may be required.
