Responsibilities
- React to in bound enquiries sending quotes and information to customers
- Process order supporting documentation
- Support existing account managers by becoming an extension of their renowned customer service
- Liaise with UK and international suppliers for quote information
- Liaise with UK and international suppliers for order processing and order management
- Answer in bound calls as a sales reception
- Ensure the vast array of key details for all stakeholders are effectively communicated and managed, to ensure the smooth delivery of all aspects for the order.
- A key part of keeping customers happy, informed, and well serviced before, during, and after their orders.
- Work within a well established sales and account management team.
Who are we looking for?
You will be very organised, thorough, and happy to multitask. It is important that you have good people skills and you are a good communicator. You will be able to deal with many different tasks and able to prioritise.
You must also have the ability to protect the great relationship that we have for service, as well as help to generate new relationships through your efficient work.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be thorough in your approach.
Your ability to be adaptable and willingness to have a hands on approach is important to our family company culture.
Requirements
At least 2 years of customer service or customer facing admin based environment
Can-do attitude, with willingness to turn your hand to anything is essential
Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
