Job description

Our client, a global security solutions provider, is looking for a Sales Administrator for its European HQ in UK.

[Responsibilities]

(1) To process all sales orders in an accurate and timely manner

(2) To manage all invoicing processes accurately and within set time frames

(3) To administer all stock returns to third party warehouse

(4) To provide a high level of telephone based and electronic e-mail support in relation to all client administration

(5) Managing queries in relation to order status

(6) Track all customer orders to final delivery point

(7) Effective liaison with warehouse regarding delivery schedule / priority shipments

(8) Accurate and timely reporting on all dispatching anomalies, working in conjunction with the warehouse team

(9) Build and maintain professional relationships with key contacts (internal and external)

(10) Assist the operations and logistics team leader in all ad-hoc projects as required

(11) Plan and manage workloads adhering to all company SLA’s

(12) Provide backup to colleagues within the sales admin team

(13) Daily filing / general office housekeeping

(14) To display an alignment with company values including passion, integrity, honesty and respect

(15) Other ad hoc duties as requested by Head of SCM & Service

[Requirements]

(1) Educated to Graduate level (Or A-Level education with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience)

(2) Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel

(3) SAP experience would be beneficial, but training can be provided

(4) Fluent English essential, additional European language such as French, Germany, Dutch desirable

(5) Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner both verbally and electronically

(6) Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules

[Conditions]

(1) Job type: full-time & permanent

(2) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (10min walk from Chertsey Railway Station)

* Hybrid working possible: 1~2 days work from home (reviewed quarterly)

(3) Working hours: 9am~5pm (including 1hour lunch break, overtime paid)

(4) Basic salary: 28~32K (depending on experience)

(5) Bonus: 10% (performance based)

(6) Annual leave: 23 days(1 extra day per fully completed year with a maximum of 25 per annum) + Bank Holidays
