Meditech Endoscopy Ltd is a fast-moving product development company based in Basildon, Essex. We are a leading provider of medical grade endoscopy products to the NHS and healthcare settings worldwide. We specialise in designing innovative, fit-for-purpose products of unrivalled quality. Our renown endoscope tip protector ProTech is currently distributed to hospitals and healthcare facilities globally.
We are a small friendly team with the objective to develop a broader understanding about infection prevention in endoscopy and healthcare through education and knowledge. We aim to build long term relationships built on trust with our distributors and hospitals and to continue to provide innovative solutions for our end users.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator with a hands-on approach to join our team who can maintain and grow our sales process. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience in a sales or telesales role, be familiar with Microsoft programmes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and be able to input data accurately into the customer relationship database (CRM). They must also have strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients. Must be a good communicator with a friendly telephone manner, plus a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to incoming sales enquiries via email and telephone.
- Maintaining relationships with key customers and building new ones.
· Organise sales samples to be sent around the world including tracking & feedback and following up leads (as a result of web enquiries)
· Following up new customer leads from shows / visits
· Maintain the CRM database (customer relationship database).
· Inputting client details and information to the CRM inc. keeping up to date on weekly / daily basis
· Creating invoices, collection & logistic documents for orders
· Processing sales orders that come through
· Inputting orders onto portal
· Producing monthly / weekly sales reports
· Creating leads via telesales promotions
· Touching base and maintaining relationships with key customers
· Organise / booking meetings with customer’s
· General admin support
· Training & support material will be provided
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a sales role.
· Strong organisational skills, ability to multi task is essential.
· Attention to detail
· Team player
· Great communicator & telephone manner
· Experience in a similar role would be highly desirable.
· Clean driving license
· Some light travel necessary visiting customers etc

Full time position 35hpw, Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm. 1hr lunch
Hybrid working, 3 days office, 2 days WFH
25 days annual leave
