The Role
Sales Administrator - Uxbridge - 20 hours per week - £13,000 per annum

We currently have an opening for a Sales Administrator to join the team in Uxbridge working for Park and Control. As the Sales Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Sales Managers and Sales Director. You will be required to maintain and update the databanks/document templates and assist with the compiling of sales proposals and contract documents. When supporting the Commercial Sales Managers Team, you will take incoming sales lead calls via telephone/email/webchat and make outgoing sales calls as required.
What you will do:
- Provide administrative support and report on performance, daily figures & monthly figures.
- Compile bonus payments records, manage files and client reports
- Ensure that an efficient filing system is maintained, and data is easily accessed.
- Ensure budgets are adhered to and variances highlighted with explanations.
- Be responsible for invoicing and assist with raising sales orders.
- Be responsive to the client’s needs and work to support the approach of their business plans.
- Build robust and constructive rapports with clients, suppliers, and internal support services.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be able to present data clearly
- Must be able to research and communicate new ideas and knowledge.
- High attention to detail and able to produce accurate documentation.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines, being well structured and reliable
- Self-motivated, independent, and flexible
- Effective time-management
What we will offer you:
20 Hours per week (9am – 2pm Monday to Thursdays) Must be flexible.
£13,000 per annum
25 days Holidays plus 8 Bank Holidays
