FASHION APPAREL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
Our client is a highly respected apparel branded fashion house based in central Manchester. They design, source and sell brands and work closely with their brand partners which include Bench, ASOS, Foot Asylum, Nicce, Ed Hardy etc.
Due to their continued growth they are looking to recruit an Assistant Account Manager / Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with their brands across men’s, ladies and children’s clothing and working closely with the design team, merchandisers, tech team.
The successful candidate will come from a busy Merchandiser/ Junior Account Manager, Wholesale Fashion background and be experienced in Critical Path, brands and liaising with High street retailers.
Responsibilities
- Sales Administrations for accounts such as ASOS, FOOT ASYLUM, ED HARDY, NICCE, working closely with their customer base, preparing order book reports.
- Manage and allocate stock intake – warehouse receipts
- Call off reserve goods when in stock, update customer on availability
- Order processing raising sales orders in line with customer orders, buying and delivery schedules.
- Issuing warehouse shipments to notify the WH the stock is needing to be picked.
- Requesting samples from the warehouse stock for customers/showroom
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding customer delivery dates and requirements.
- Request inventory updates from the WH where required.
- Rephasing/Redating customer order books in line with shipment schedules and the Critical path.
- Keeping customer informed and updated with any changes in shipments/deliveries.
- Ordering any labels required for repro work – liaising with outside suppliers.
- Working closely with Senior buyers and MD, producing various sales and stock reports.
- Dealing with any customer enquires/queries.
- Ad hoc duties helping with shipping, updating shipping dates.
Essential skills:
Experience within Merchandising/ fashion wholesale/ sales admin / Account Management / Stock/ Shipping
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internal and external
Highly organised
Strong Excel knowledge
Ability to work in a fast paced environment within a friendly team.
Job Type; Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, office based. £25-30K depending on experience.
