Canon UK have created a new team to support the Sales Account Managers in the creation of orders in the Production division.
We are looking for a talented, intuitive and self-driven person to join our expanding business as we enter an exciting period of accelerated growth and development. We need people who can achieve the exceptional by working collaboratively and who have the courage to risk new ways of doing things with the ability to see the world through the customers eyes.
In this role you will offer administration support to ensure that only clean orders are passed to Business Operations which will involve checking, adding additional information where necessary and training/advising the Account Managers. You will act as the conduit between Sales and Business Operations and other business areas as appropriate to ensure business is processed as efficiently as possible.
What we ask
- Ensure Sales teams are able to create customer documentation and it is right 1st time in line with required approvals.
- Support Account Managers with leasing tasks including pre-credit clearance, leasing documentation and the clean order pack.
- Support the validation of clean orders, complete where necessary pre-handover to Business Operations.
- Liaise with the Business Operations team to ensure contractual set up is completed and right 1st time in line with required standards.
- Construct sales orders that include any contractual terminations or contract resigns.
- Create orders to meet customer needs including complex billing or logistics requirements.
- Provide administrative support to Sales Managers & Sales teams specifically relating to proposals, reports, MIF/lease requests and obtain information from third parties and customers as appropriate.
- Provide Support to ensure all SLAs are met and orders reach Business Operations within specified time frame.
- Create Framework contract (where appropriate) and call-offs in CPQ.
- Make best use of Canon systems, including but not limited to CPQ, Oracle, SFDC.
- Attend your sales teams calls to capture any queries or Issues to understand deal requirement support.
- Provide support and back up to cover holidays and sickness in the team.
- Provide additional support and fulfilment of tasks as determined by your Manager.

You will need
As Sales Administration Professional you will need to have the following skillls:
- be a team player
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent inter-personal skills
- Demonstrable experience of prioritising issues, and working with a sense of purpose and ownership
- Experienced in delivering to tight deadlines, self-driven and motivated
- Experience of working with Sales teams or in a Sales Admin role is preferable, or able to demonstrate an understanding of the impact the role of Sales Admin Professional plays within the Sales team, the E2E process and the customer experience
- Experience of working in a customer relationship environment
- Working knowledge of Oracle & Salesforce.com is desirable
- Excellent IT skills, strong Excel skills.
Further Information
Salary – £28,355 - £29,930 + 5% Bonus
Location – Stockley Park - Hybrid working 3:2
