The Role:

You will be a Sales and Account Manager at Heeton and this role is like no other, we like to describe it as running your own small business with the security and systems of an international company. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Serviced Offices and Coworking solutions. We are looking for a successful candidate that will be ambitious and proactive with excellent selling skills and confidence in closing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and sell Serviced Offices and coworking solutions
  • Identify, develop, and manage client/business relationships
  • Business development and marketing for new business
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities keeping CRM up to date
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients to maximize commercial performance
  • Network and manage events
  • Manage financials including budgets and forecasting
