We are looking to recruit confident, tenacious individuals who thrive on relationship building, delivering exceptional service and working to targets. You must be an experienced Account Manager, with a excellent commercial awareness, used to owning and managing your own accounts. You must be able to demonstrate achievement of sales targets. You should have exceptional communication skills, experience of growing existing accounts by gaining a thorough understanding of the account structure and the needs of the customer. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own set of accounts, ensuring delivery of exceptional service, whilst ensuring that our customers have a clear understanding of the unique FTS service offering. You will ideally have experience of working with local authorities, or law practices. Individuals with a background in the drug and alcohol testing industry will be of particular interest to us.
Much of your work will be home based, but you may be asked to attend onsite meetings from time to time, as well as attending conferences and exhibitions in the UK.
