PI Lichfield Ltd is part of the Planet Ice Group

Due to continued growth within the Ice Leisure Market, we are recruiting for a Sage experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team based at Muckley Corner, Lichfield.

You will assist the Accountant in this varied role within our accounts department; duties for this full-time position include:

Salary is dependent on experience

• Bank reconciliation
• Process invoices and liaise with managers to resolve queries
• Reconcile Purchase and Credit Card statements
• Prepare payment runs for suppliers
• Post to and monitor control accounts,
• Assist with account reconciliations
• General Ledger and administration duties where required

Candidate requirements:

• Recent Accounts and/or Sales or Purchase Ledger experience
• Recent experience of SAGE LINE 50 accounting software
• Good computer skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communicator, comfortable dealing with colleagues at all levels
• Process and deadline orientated

Job Type: full time - 37.5 hours per week based at our offices in Lichfield,

Ability to work in the UK is a requirement.

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 year (Required)
• Sage: In House experience 5 years MINIMUM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
