Due to continued growth within the Ice Leisure Market, we are recruiting for a Sage experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team based at Muckley Corner, Lichfield.
You will assist the Accountant in this varied role within our accounts department; duties for this full-time position include:
Salary is dependent on experience
- Bank reconciliation
- Process invoices and liaise with managers to resolve queries
- Reconcile Purchase and Credit Card statements
- Prepare payment runs for suppliers
- Post to and monitor control accounts,
- Assist with account reconciliations
- General Ledger and administration duties where required
Candidate requirements:
- Recent Accounts and/or Sales or Purchase Ledger experience
- Recent experience of SAGE LINE 50 accounting software
- Good computer skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communicator, comfortable dealing with colleagues at all levels
- Process and deadline orientated
Job Type: full time - 37.5 hours per week based at our offices in Lichfield,
Ability to work in the UK is a requirement.
Experience:
- Accounting: 3 year (Required)
- Sage: In House experience 5 years MINIMUM
