About The Role
Position: Safety Steward
Schedule: Various shift patterns available
Rate: £10.42 - £11.68
Join #TeamFGH keeping people safe at Blackpool F.C., Glastonbury, Lytham Festival, Beat-Herder, Kendall Calling, Boardmasters and many other iconic events and festivals this summer.
Main Duties
- Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
- Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
- Crowd control/people management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
- Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
- Report any suspicious behaviour.
- Egress control.
- Directing customers around the site.
