We’re looking for a Safety, Health and Environmental Advisor to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team, working on our Anglian Water Alliance. Location: Lincoln- hybrid working and regular travel to sites : - Full Time- flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know Responsibilities As SHE Advisor, you’ll support our site teams in ensuring safety standards are upheld and to advise on minimising and avoiding risks around day-to-day work. Our Anglian Water team work on maintaining, repairing and upgrading the water network. Your day to day will include: Actively promoting Safety, Health and Welfare, leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders Working closely with the operational teams in carrying out their roles and SHE responsibilities Assisting the operational teams in developing Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work Conduct regular and robust health and safety Inspections & Audits What are we looking for? This role of SHE Advisor is great for you if you hold: · Experience in a similar role within the Utilities/ Water industry · NEBOSH certificate in occupational health & safety · Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g. IOSH, IEMA) · Full Driving Licence We’re all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferable skills are always welcome!
