We are looking for a Safety Engineer to work in close collaboration with product development teams to support activities associated with the correct and proper implementation of safety measures and audits.
Responsibilities
- Execute functional safety analysis, including, FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA
- Assess HARA application on the product and product space
- Collaborate on architecting safety measures
- Support writing and maintenance of work instructions
- Coordinate the configuration management activities through the lifecycle of the product
- Support development and rollout of configuration management tools
- Support maintenance of tools
- Perform and report the outcome of evidence based analysis on the hardware design of its suitability to detect and control safety related random hardware failures.
- Work with design implementation and FuSa Manager to resolve architectural shortcomings as a result of analysis
- Report and show evidence that the residual risk on safety goal violation is sufficiently low
- Ensure the impact of all design changes are captured by the safety analysis including the change history
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive safety standard ISO26262.
- Experience of SOTIF is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in requirement engineering using ALM tools like Jama-software or Code-beamer, or Polarion …etc
- ASIC experience Digital or Analog
- First experience in process development
