An opportunity has arisen to be part of the Sheffield Community Safety Team which is responsible for coordinating partner activity to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour in Sheffield.
Safer Neighbourhood Coordinators act as the local problem-solving lead for reducing crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour, by closely monitoring analytical products and intelligence, ensuring appropriate and timely responses.
A key part of the role involves working with partners to achieve the city’s strategic crime and disorder priorities by achieving local buy-in and leading on the delivery of local action plans.
Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities, which benefit you and the Council.
