Are you an existing Band 5 Occupational Therapist, new graduate or about to graduate? Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding care and making a positive difference to the lives of the people in your care? We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hard working therapist to join our Band 5 Occupational Therapy Rotation at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.
The rotations are 6 monthly, rotating through hospital and community services which currently cover: Orthopaedics, Orthopaedic Outreach, Urgent Care, Surgery, Stroke, Social Services (Independent Living Services), Community Hub and Integrated Services, Palliative Care and Intermediate Care bed based.
Successful applicants will participate in and be supported through a preceptorship programme, will receive regular supervision and appraisals, in service training and Band 5 support forum, in addition to the opportunity to develop and consolidate their clinical skills.
The post holder will work within multidisciplinary teams. You will be required to be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service and its users.
It is essential you are a driver with access to a vehicle for business use subject to the conditions of the DDA.
