The Rostering Officer will work within the Crew Optimization, Roster Planning, and Delivery teams to produce and manage crew rosters from initial construction to the handover to the ICC Crewing team. This role will ensure that all crew rosters are published on time, considering safety, cost, legal compliance, and industrial rules. The main responsibilities include delivering and maintaining crew roster activities, producing and maintaining monthly crew rosters, running regular reports, re-crewing uncovered flights, managing and maintaining standby coverage, responding to crew and base management concerns, and supporting other teams as needed.
The key skills required for this role include a minimum of 18 months experience in a planning or operational delivery environment, being a team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and having a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and flight time limitation.
