Role Summary
- Support the day to day usage of the e-rostering system by providing technical expertise to resolve frontline user issues swiftly.
- To actively manage, troubleshoot and resolve HealthRoster related issues in a timely manner to minimise system unavailability.
- To monitor and maintain all the rosters and assist in the development and delivery of effective HealthRoster training programmes.
- To deputise for e-Rostering Manager
- To resolve technical and rostering process / management queries regarding HealthRoster and escalate complex issues to the Rostering Manager where necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for roster-related queries from staff members, addressing concerns and providing guidance as needed.
- Advise managers and matrons on all aspects of HealthRoster setup and use.
- Analyse and interpret roster data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with the Matrons and Operations Managers to understand staffing requirements and service demands.
- Liaise with the Workforce team members to ensure compliance with working time regulations, contractual obligations, and roster-related policies.
- Monitor and adjust rosters in response to changing demands, such as variations in clinic locations, staff availability, and service needs.
- Support the implementation of rostering best practices, seeking continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and staff satisfaction.
- To escalate issues to the Rostering Manager in a timely manner.
- In the event of the Training Manager's absence, assume the role of deputy by addressing training-related inquiries, updating training records, managing the shared inbox, and fulfilling any other relevant tasks as directed by the Training Manager.
- Operate as an active member of the Workforce Team.
