We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Front Office department as Front Office Trainee.

The Front Office Trainee program is an 12 month program retaining a primary focus on Front Office operations, supplemented with additional opportunities for short term cross trainings throughout Rooms Division enabling an enhanced perspective in related departments. The dominant focus as part of the Reception team ensures that a full level of proficiency can be attained within the training period thus ensuring that progression within Front Office upon competition remains unrestricted.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualification in Hospitality studies, degree standard or similar
  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
