Ronseal Project Manager – 6 months FTC
London
As a Barclays Ronseal Project Manager, you will join a dynamic team being responsible for providing business analysis and project management services across projects, delivering against the team’s portfolio of work. This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a key role in articulating and presenting effective requirements proposals within a project or initiative, as well as engaging with a range of stakeholders daily.

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. - Sharing inputs to the learning delivery and leadership partners about learning engagement globally, o-ordinating for learning events at UK, USA, and global locations
- Managing the budget forecasting and analysis
- Defining the Business objectives that form the backlog of tasks to be done based on the customer or colleagues needs and journeys
- Identifying key improvement opportunities in processes and quantify associated business benefits
- Managing and facilitating requirements workshops and process review sessions with the Accountable Executive, SMEs, and the overall project team
- Applying the right processes, tools, methods, and skills to manage the delivery of a small project from business case through to closure
- Providing support on larger initiatives by maintaining and managing projects documentation and producing complete, accurate project reporting
- Liaising and collaborating with key stakeholders to better create clarity in complex situations, understand problems, evaluate options, and make decisions
- Knowledge and experience of Business Analysis approach and methodology, including data gathering and gap analysis and Project Management
- Good understanding of industry best practise for HR Operating Models
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across a wide range of disciplines and levels
- Storytelling and reporting skills, being able to own and model Barclays values, to create an environment that supports these and enables team members to achieve their potential
- Experience working within a HR function would be ideal but not essential
- Operating model capability and experience working with Operating Model methodology and tools is preferred
- Knowledge and experience of Change Management approach and methodology would be advantageous
