General Manager
Robin’s General Manager will report directly to our managing partners and be our partner on the ground in charge of service 5 nights a week at the Menlo Park location. The ideal candidate will have several years of restaurant management experience and passionate knowledge of the local food and beverage industry.
- This management role will oversee all of the restaurant’s operations, service, employees, and finances
- Work closely with the partners and other managers to set up all systems and SOP’s
- Attend pre-shift, weekly and monthly meetings with the staff, Chef and partners
- Organize and run our daily employee line up / pre-service meetings
- Work with our Chef and partners to implement an educational program to successfully teach all staff about our food and beverage menus as well as ongoing hospitality training
- Work with the front of house team on the floor during service 5 nights a week, carefully mentoring them and ensuring smooth and proper execution of each nights business
- Help to create and execute memorable guest experiences that will create loyalty and word of mouth marketing
- Learn our bookkeeping and P&L procedures and work with the management team to ensure seamless accounting practices
- Attend a monthly P&L meeting and troubleshoot solutions to any discrepancies and issues with the management team
- Create and maintain a company culture that includes all departments and staff, that motivates and inspires our teams to create positive interactions with the guests and each other
- Work with our partners to set up best practises for HR, onboarding and terminations
- Maintain schedules, payroll, and inventory

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
