Responsible for managing change initiatives across Risk with a focus on Group led change initiatives, as well as launching and leading initiatives to improve and/or implement new ways of working in a range of different areas such as risk culture, governance, people, policies, processes, risk models and systems.

Supporting the development of a systems strategy and work with Risk Technology & Operations, to develop a change roadmap.
Managing the full change management process and related governance for projects and represent Risk as required in the different governance fora.
Challenging the current processes and run initiatives to develop and implement a best-in-class operating model for Risk.
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to promote and expand the risk culture.
Developing and maintaining across the business area an integrated program to identify, assess, manage, and report risks and controls enabling the achievement of strategic objectives and supporting.
Ensuring that technical risk issues are clearly communicated to senior Risk management and business stakeholders.
What you’ll bring.
Detailed knowledge of change management, including project management, process design and data management techniques and tools.
Experience of working within UK banking Segment
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Detailed knowledge of Risk, including Credit, Market and Counterparty Credit Risks, with a focus on the systems , process and data requirements
- Understanding of the UK regulatory environment associated with banking activities in order to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

This role is based in Milton Keynes with flexibility working from home.
