Risk Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity with Projecting Group working directly with one of our global financial services clients.

We are currently recruiting for a Risk Analyst to assist in the delivery of a segregation of duties (SOD) mapping project, including helping build an access privileges matrix based on functional and system role data. Stakeholders would include internal and external service providers, business application owners and Technology Risk colleagues including Operational Risk and Internal Audit.

Key Responsibilities include

· Analysis of sources of application access management data to determine gaps in the current frameworks managed outside the branch and the to be framework.

· Collaboration with Client stakeholders to obtain technical profiles for applications and engage local stakeholders to identify business roles.

· Design of SOD matrix at a granular level including consideration of portfolios, desks or other appropriate designation used to group access specific to our client.

· Organisation of internal stakeholders with the business and technical teams to gain approval/sign-off on analysis performed.

· Completion of other assigned duties as necessary to enable the success of the technology risk programme of risk remediation activities.

Candidate Requirements:

In addition of experience understanding of technology risk principles and information security generally the role will also require:

· Experience of risk strategy consulting gained in project-based, team-oriented environments.

· Business process analysis.

· Outstanding communication skills and data analysis

· Exposure to or experience of any of the following strategies is advantageous:

· IT Governance, Risk and Compliance

· Identity and Access Management

· Project Assurance

· Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Location: London. Hybrid working model

Salary: Between £300- and £380-day rate.

Contract Type: Contract Inside IR35 through UC

Duration: Our initial contract with the client will be for 4 months, with possibilities of extension for the right candidate

Work authorisation: You must already have the right to work in the UK. If you are selected for interview, you will be asked to provide evidence of your right to work the UK before the interview proceeds.
