Your role
Are you a strong and convincing communicator? Are you well organised and comfortable in a continuously changing environment? We're looking for someone like this to help us:
- manage and deliver the ‘business as usual’ aspects of the end-to-end delivery of our Compensation Plans, i.e., from plan design through to payment
- prepare materials for senior management meetings, including our Compensation Plans Committee
- support the year-end reward process from a Compensation Plans perspective, working in partnership with other teams across Reward and HR
- act as an advisor supporting regional, divisional, and regulatory reward teams on all things to do with Compensation Plans
- manage smaller to mid-sized projects within the team
Your team
You’ll be working in our Compensation Plans team, based in London. Our role is to design, implement and administer (with our outsourced provider), mandatory and voluntary group compensation plans. Additionally, our team also advises and provides compensation plans support to line managers, employees, and other Human Resources colleagues across all business divisions globally. We issue policies and guidelines on compensation plan-related topics and make proposals on compensation plan design to senior management and the Board of Director's Compensation Committee. We also provides analysis and reporting on bonus pool development across the group.

Your expertise
- a graduate degree, or international equivalent
- an interest in Compensation Plans in the financial services industry (previous experience within HR Reward in Financial Services will be an asset)
- experience in managing small to mid-sized projects
- strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- a strong team player who takes initiative
- a multitasker, well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same
- an excellent communicator, both written and verbally
- not afraid to put your hand up and challenge the status quo
- able to interpret and present data convincingly
- willing to grab an idea and shape it into a structured project
- able to grasp complex concepts quickly
