Job description
We are looking for a Reward Analyst to join our Reward, Employee Relations and Performance (RERP) team who are responsible for supporting and advising PwC UK on internal reward policy and operations. This role will support the delivery of insight and analysis to inform the annual salary review process as well as other firmwide reward projects. The RERP team is part of the firm’s People Function community and consists of a group of 25 including analysts, managers and senior managers reporting to the RERP Director.
This is a business orientated role and would suit an individual who is analytical, enthusiastic and keen to strengthen their reward and project management skills in an operational environment.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for detailed analysis and reporting to support reward projects and the annual salary review process. Day to day you will work with both employee and external market data and will have the opportunity to get involved in broader reward related areas.
Experience or a strong interest in Reward is essential for the role, and we are open to applications from professionals with a background in Reward, Human Resources, Consulting and Analytical roles..
Essential skills & experience
Previous analytical experience in a professional environment. Data and analysis is a key part of this role.
Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, capable of using formulas, graphics and making recommendations from the data outputs.
Ability to work with and manipulate large volumes of data
Experience in utilising wider data analytical tools such as PowerBI, Google Sheets, Alteryx
Knowledge of Workday or similar Finance and People systems.
Ability to take personal responsibility to consistently focus on quality work, in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
A logical thinker, proactive in coming up with recommendations and own point of view.
Ability to research various sources of information, summarise and communicate back.
Enjoy being part of a cohesive team and share insights and knowledge, and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. .
