We are looking for a new member to join our Resident and Business support team as a Revenues and Benefits Assistant.
As a Revenues and Benefits Assistant, you will have skills and knowledge within customer services and/or debt collection. Whilst Revenues and Benefits knowledge is desirable full training would be given to integrate you successfully into our service.
If you have excellent negotiation skills in particular maximising cash collection in a difficult economic environment, are confident in communicating with people and want to make a difference to residents, this may be the opportunity you are looking for!
To be successful in this role you need experience in customer service, effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and be a real team player.
You will have responsibility for a caseload which will include customer contact through multiple channels including our phone lines and in-person in our contact centre, personally ensuring all cases are dealt with to conclusion in accordance with all relevant statutory regulations, policies and procedures and maximising cash collection.
