Platform engineering is revolutionizing how enterprises build and run their cloud-native setups. Humanitec is at the core of this revolution, enabling teams to build Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and reach true developer self-service.
Through our community-led efforts (platformengineering.org, PlatformCon, Score.dev) and roster of enterprise customers, we are hitting an inflection point in the adoption of IDPs. We are looking to aggressively scale the team to meet the increasing demand.
We are looking for our Revenue Operations Manager to build world class and scalable GTM systems, and be our subject matter expert and administrator for the entire GTM tech stack.
Requirements:
Experience of being overall Salesforce Admin for an international software company.
Builder mindset, with demonstrable prior experience of building scalable GTM systems in a B2B Enterprise software business.
Highly skilled in Salesforce systems administration, Hubspot, and Data/BI tools like Looker and Zoominfo.
Dashboard building and analytics experience is essential. We need you to be data and process oriented.
Comfortable with both Sales and Marketing data and tools. Able to create scalable operational alignment between Revenue and Marketing Op’s which leads to successful campaigns.
You are drawn to an opportunity where you can build systems from scratch, and do it in a way that will scale well internationally.
You are comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with a rapidly scaling early stage company, and can break down these complex problems into creative solutions.
Experience with international markets would be helpful.
Responsibilities:
You will partner with key leaders, including the Snr Director of Marketing and Co-Founders to scope, roadmap and implement the necessary tooling solutions.
You will be the subject matter expert and overall administrator of our GTM tech stack.
Create clear instructions and policy documents, and then effectively communicate these out to the organization.
Build processes around data governance and access to the GTM tech stack.
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver clean data in and out of our stack, enabling scalable use cases across Data, Marketing, Sales, and Success teams.
Assist with and help drive operational cadence like running pipeline calls, ensuring opportunity management is clean, anticipate contracting and process issue with the GTM stack.
Compensation Range: $130K - $160K
