With demand for our services at an all-time high and continuous growth in our market sectors, we are embarking on a major recruitment drive. We are eager to recruit a talented QA Tester to join our Digital Practice and one of our project delivery teams.

The Role:

Our Revenue Operations Manager will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance and Talent Acquisition teams to optimise systems and best practices and use data to help us make informed decisions to take us to the next level of growth.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise organisational processes, driving change to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify revenue opportunities and devise strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote revenue growth and support business success.
  • Create and implement revenue plans and forecasts for the organisation.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of data throughout the organisation.
  • Manage organisational software systems and tools, ensuring they are integrated and optimised for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and report on key operational and revenue metrics.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational processes.
  • Increase reporting and process automation whenever possible.
  • Establish and maintain operating discipline and rigor across commercial functions to ensure key performance metrics are met, including targets, forecast accuracy, funnel analysis, and pipeline management.
  • Assist with executive-level responsibilities such as board reviews, executive QBRs, strategic planning, OKRs, and other tasks as needed.

Your experience should include the following;

  • You have 10 years plus experience in Sales, Marketing, Revenue or Business Operations in the B2B, SaaS, or technology consulting sector
  • You have expertise in sales and marketing technology in any of the following: Monday, Salesforce or Hubspot, would be a bonus.
  • Strong analytical and process definition skills with the intellectual curiosity to explore our data and provide insightful feedback
  • You have a track record of implementing end-to-end processes with measurable results.
  • You are detail-oriented and understand how one change might affect other processes downstream.
  • You have a growth mindset, bold ideas, and a know-how attitude to get things done.
