How You Will Contribute:
Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Accounting, as an Analyst Revenue Accounting, you will be responsible for the reconciliation and analysis of a variety of customer revenue and expense accounts against the business plan/forecast pertaining to above the line activities.
- You will be accountable for margin forecasting and analysis as well as first line support for revenue recognition and contract review.
- You’ll manage the completion of day-to-day transaction driven activities while maintaining current revenue recognition files (white papers), communications with external auditors and other internal groups.
- You will be responsible for creating efficient processes in retrieving data from Oracle, Seibel and OBIEE.
- You will support the broader Finance team with various schedules and will be an integral contributor to the creation and roll-up of the yearly business plan and quarterly forecast.
- You’ll regularly build detailed spreadsheets and conduct ad hoc analysis, including the analysis of revenue and COGS actual results.

The Must Haves:
- Minimum Bachelor’s in Accounting coupled with experience in accounting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Revenue Management Software/RevStream
Assets:
- Certified Professional Accountant designation
- Cost Accounting Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Direct Exposure to Revenue Recognition Rules and Regulations
