What you’ll do
As a member of the Soho sales team you will be responsible for delivering business in Retail performance across mobile acquisition and retention and also broadband. Responsibilities include:
Work with Consumer Retail team to effectively improve and maintain Business mix- Build relationships with territory managers and franchisees
- Be point of expertise for Small Business execution across your territory
- Comprehensive Impact Assessment of Estate Readiness Requirements
- Support with training requirements and training requests to L&D and align with the coaches on content.
- Work across Retail ops team functions to coordinate activity to support product launch – systems, training, performance & comms
- Understand retail drivers and influence and implement a suitable sales strategy that satisfies both Retail and SOHO
Who you are
Customer facing or Channel Partner experience- Sales experience, preferable Retail experience
- Good stakeholder management skills enabling cross-functional collaboration up to Senior level.
- Good presentation skills where required up to Senior Management level.
- Great communications and negotiation skills to collaborate and encourage those who are partners and not directly employed by Vodafone
- Desired - good working knowledge of mobile and fixed telecoms products
- Desired – good working knowledge of Retail estate
- Desired - Commercial awareness of Business Sales channels and understanding of CRM systems used i.e. Halo
