There is an exciting opportunity to join the Central Technical team as a Retail Technical Compliance Manager – Maternity Cover. The purpose of this role is to ensure all retail & Westmill technical requirements are met. A key part of this role is to be a key technical point of contact between retail customers & Westmill manufacturing technical teams building significant relationships, ensuring compliance to ABF, BRC and retail standards. The role also includes working closely with Westmill’s Manufacturing, NPD and Procurement teams to secure improvement in customer performance measures as well as carrying out critical technical internal audits in line with the agreed schedule across manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, well organised, efficient, and able to work to a high level of accuracy. Excellent prioritisation and decision-making skills are vital to this role, as is the need for good knowledge of retail and BRC standards. You will be comfortable with networking and collaborating with others, both internally and externally.
