Retail Systems Administrator
As a Retail systems Administrator you will be a motivated self starter whi has the ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and external businesses and to be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels.
This is an exciting data driven role and a great opportunity to join a knowledgeable supportive team.
Your attention to details will enable you to input all price and product changes on an on-going basis to multiple Retail Systems and manage and input all promotional mechanics within the agreed promotional cycles.
Main ResponsibilitiesProcess data tasks to maintain accurate data within the system
Ensure that all promotional activity goes live on time
Support the transition of master data from one system to another
Update pricing in line with menu refresh and price strategy refresh
Administer Recipe Management System to maintain master data
Administer Cost cutter database ensuring daily updates are approved
Ensure that all data polling to the sites is success
Essential
Experience working with master data within systems
Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and external businesses
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
Must be flexible, able to cope under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Level 2 Excel
Experience of Outlook and basic Microsoft packages
Desirable
Working knowledge of EPOS
Experience of writing User Acceptance Test scripts and testing
Experience in the writing of Guides and Processes
Experience of project work
Experience in card payment solutions
