Position Overview

One team focused on the consumer

• Deliver customer support excellence and operational efficiencies
• Assist with deliveries and replenishment to optimise the product offer for customers
• Communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent customer service

Operations

• Use the Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies
• Use replenishment tools effectively to ensure compliance with Ralph Lauren policies and standards
• Store maintenance

Skills & Knowledge

• Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
• Previously worked in a retail environment
• Experience in a fast-paced delivery
• Proactive and organisational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £21,674.00 per year
