Job Description:
We are looking for a Store Supervisor to oversee the daily retail operations of Unique Wine and Onestop therefore, this job entails wokring in two locations- Newhaven and Heathfield, East Sussex. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that sales and profitability goals are met. We are looking for a team player who wants toshare in our hard work as well as success.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and excellent sales service.
- Develop positive relationships with other store associates and management.
- Maintain inventory by ensuring stock levels are maintained in accordance with policies.
- Ensure all orders are processed efficiently, effectively, and quickly.
- Assist in planning and merchandising promotions
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding sales and marketing.
- Help train, coach, and develop all future employees.
- Stock management- from taking deliveries, to replenishing the store and stock rotation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Ideally we are looking for...
- Excellent customer service.
- Fundamental communical skills (Listening and Verbal).
- Ability to follow instructions promptly and accurately.
- Great organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Lastly, a positive and driven work ethic.
This is an entry level position with potential for advancement within the company. Must have a desire to learn about marketing, retail, inventory management, sales promotion, and much more!
