Job description
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our retail team at our store in Biddick Hall, South Shields.
Successful candidates must be flexible, reliable and be self-motivated. As part of the training programme, individuals will be trained in all aspects of a counter operative role, specifically serving customers, replenishing stock, cooking and making fresh products.
This is a Supervisory role and would suit a candidate who wants to develop their skills, including to lead and motivate a team, gain experience in stock control, brand standards, till management and banking. You will be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service and the role will suit anyone who has a genuine interest in developing a career within Retail.
We are looking for individuals who want to progress in an exciting business and opportunities to become future shop managers will be available for those who have these ambitions.
