We are now recruiting a Retail Store Manager at our Elms Park site in Leicester Road, Loughborough, LE11 2AQ. You will receive a £500 joining bonus & £500 after completing your 6-month probation period.
With high footfall from customers at the fuel pumps and the local community returning for our outstanding customer experience, you’ll be driving and motivating your team to deliver exceptional standards in everything we do.
What you’ll be achieving….
- Managing and ownership of all aspects of busy Fuel Service Station, fostering a team culture to win together with Supervisors and Customer Assistants
- Ownership of store performance, stock, finances, facilities and daily routines against KPI’s and with HSSE awareness
- Recruit, upskill, delegate and involve colleagues in both operational standards and delivering the very best experience for customers
- A Harvest Energy Ambassador – setting the example for your team in behaviors and approach
What previous experience might be suitable for this opportunity?
- Retail leadership experience gained in superstores, convenience/big box retail or petrol station forecourts
- Both an ownership & delegation approach – 1 person can’t succeed on their own, teams do!
- Working knowledge and practical experience in HR activities
- Track record in meeting and exceeding KPI’s

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
