We have an exciting opportunity to become a Customer Service Assistant in the UK’s busiest Airport. World Duty Free in Kings Cross St Pancras sees thousands of customers daily from every corner of the world!
The role of a Customer Service Assistant is to create an unforgettable shopping experience for each and every customer by sharing your knowledge on luxury products and promotions in store and delivering exceptional customer service.
All applicants must be comfortable handling alcohol and tobacco products.

Customer Service Assistant: Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team to ensure all standards are met and daily goals are achieved.
- Working on tills: compliance with WDF procedures and cash handling.
- Support in day to day tidying to ensure the store/till area is presentable at all times.
- Demonstrate a can do attitude
- Use initiative to maximise sales on push lines at the till point
Customer Service Assistant: Skills
· Retail and/or Hospitality experience required.
· Good Communication skills
· Additional language skills welcomed, but not a necessity
Shifts Times and Availability
Shifts are a minimum of 6 hours with various start and finish times based on the Airport operating hours. (5am-8pm)
We have hours to accommodate a variety of lifestyles but are looking for staff who can work a minimum of 4 shifts week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £11.00 per hour
