Job Description – Sales Advisor
We are currently looking for a friendly and personable Retail Sales Advisor to join our retail team and fill a full-time position (37.5 hours per week fully flexible).
John Bell & Croyden is a large, premium Pharmacy and Wellbeing store in London W1.
We are committed to providing professional, holistic health advice whilst offering the best products from across the globe. Our product range includes pharmaceuticals, vitamins & supplements, medical & independent living aids, skincare and luxury bath products.
The ideal candidates will have 1-year experience in a customer facing role in luxury retail, pharmacy or similar environment, with a background in healthcare.
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as proven track record in providing impeccable customer service and generating sales. To be a good fit for our Sales Advisor team you’re a multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You are also a positive, friendly person, who enjoys working within a team.
Working in John Bell & Croyden retail means representing our brand and our values. You will be required to guide, inspire, and help our customers in every way. Whether on the sales floor, till-points, or back of house in our customer experience and fulfilment team. A high quality of service means you will also have to ensure our products and store remains attractive.
Main duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and at times be required to support the Customer Experience team dealing with customer queries.
- Provide general advice to our customers
- Maintaining store presentation standards
- Cleaning and Replenishing shelves
- Date checking stock
- Attending training sessions
The successful applicants must have:
- Experience of working in Luxury retail with Beauty / Nutrition or Pharmacy a bonus. Successful completion of an HCA (Healthcare Assistants) certificate will be desirable.
- Ability to demonstrate a real passion and a clear knowledge about our products.
- Experience in providing a high standard of customer service.
- A good understanding of retail
- Ability to work to a flexible monthly rota (included Bank Holidays and weekends)
