Retail Services Associate
Our Operations team is looking for a Retail Service Associate to join the team. This role specialises in delivering customers with world class service as they collect their shopping and food parcels from the lobby.
This role is part time
About The Role
This role gives you the opportunity to ensure that customers are provided with a seamless experience from POS to pick-up, when providing them with their items. This role requires that standards in the lobby are clean, organised and ready for store opening.
In this role you shall be responsible for swift resolutions to customer queries, and liaising with the back of house team to ensure that items needing to be brought down to the lobby are done so efficiently.
About You
You will have a warm and friendly demeanour whilst being the face of Harrods. You will provide efficiency and project credibility whilst creating memorable moments of those who require your assistance.
You will be able to build strong relationships whilst demonstrating competence through being able to handle a wide range of customer queries. You will also take pride in your appearance and maintain a level of professionalism. You’ll also need:
- To have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- To seek opportunities to maintain customer loyalty and create memorable experiences.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Enactor, Zendesk and STORM.
- To be a multitasker, ensuring that you can handle multiple responsibilities.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a calm and cool manner.
