We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Retail Assistant. As an Online Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our business, helping to manage our online section. The office is a relaxed and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Providing excellent customer service through various channels such as email, ebay, Amazon and social media
- Managing inventory and keeping track of stock levels
- Creating product listings and uploading high-quality product photography
- Placing orders with suppliers and managing the procurement process
- Unpacking orders and logging them into the system
- Utilizing your computer skills to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining our social media presence and engaging with customers
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Experience with selling on Amazon and eBay is desirable
- Must be able to work Monday & Friday plus 1 other day
As a small and friendly team, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and able to contribute to the team. No prior knowledge of our products is required as we offer comprehensive on-site training.
Our company specializes in cigars, vaping, and other smoking accessories, so an interest in these products would be advantageous but not necessary. We are looking for someone to work around 24 hours per week, must be able to work Monday, Friday & any other day. Opportunity for overtime during busy periods and holidays. Start & Finish time between 8.30 - 9.30 & 4.30 to 5.
