Job description
We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service along with an attractive appearance. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products services
- Confirm purchases made at the store when necessary
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to determine the best deals
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service across all channels (phone, online sales, in-store)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products services
Qualifications/Requirements: Degree preferred. Prior retail experience preferred but not required. Must be able to work weekends during busy periods. Must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, professional appearance, and be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.52-£11.92 per hour
