Retail Sales Assistant working as part of a well established team in a friendly, popular and thriving neighbourhood convenience store and Texaco forecourt.

Tasks include serving and assisting customers, till operations, handling deliveries which will include regular lifting. Merchandising, cleaning and other retail tasks. Working for a family operated business as a Retail Sales Assistant, a variety of shifts are available offering contracts of 16-20 hours per week. Extra hours and shift holiday cover regularly available to meet the needs of the business. We are looking to fill one, possibly two positions depending on the candidates and their availability.

Flexibility is essential and will be discussed at interview. Applicants must demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable approach to work so as to fit in with our team. A customer focused attitude is essential. Experience is not essential and full training will be provided. An immediate start is available subject to agreement.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £10.42 per hour
