Offering clear and simple advice in a relaxed atmosphere that is not intimidating to someone looking to start vaping but can still offer advice to the experienced vapers and maintain our values.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting customers and dealing with them in a timely and polite manner
- Be involved in stock control and management.
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
- Give impartial advice in accordance to customer needs
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Answering queries from customers and dealing with customer complaints.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Balancing cash registers with receipts
- Keeping the store tidy and clean
- Working within established guidelines
