Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors staff on the tills- Assists management to achieve store goals and targets
- Trains new team members in company standards, customer service and job duties.
- Maintains a positive team environment to ensure success
- Motivates, guides and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment shifts.
- Responds to customer issues in a professional manner
- Ensuring stock levels are well maintained
- Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery
- Promoting special offers
- Arranging window displays.
- Fulfil's additional duties as per requirements of the role
- Keeping the store clean
