Key Responsibilities
Major areas of responsibility include
- Welcoming customers to the store and providing them with a positive shopping experience
- Providing expert advice and product knowledge to customers
- Demonstrating and explaining product features to customers
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Supporting store management with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ensuring compliance with safety and security policies and procedures
- Keeping up-to-date with product information, technology advancements and industry trends
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail sales role
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of home appliances, consumer electronics, and/or electric bikes is preferred, but not required
