We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert product knowledge to customers. You will be working closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a tidy and well-presented store environment
- Receiving and replenishing stock as required
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Continually developing product knowledge to provide the best possible service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail sales role is preferred but not essential
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as required
