**URGENTLY REQUIRED**
We have an exciting Apple Repair Technician vacancy. This is an ENTRY LEVEL ROLE. We will offer you on the job training. No experience necessary, though previous computer and or phone repair experience is desirable.
We will provide you with training to become an Apple certified Mac and iOS Technician. Previous experience using Mac and iPhone is desirable and you will need to demonstrate your existing knowledge of macOS and iOS in the interview.
This Repair Technician job is based on site at iStore Guildford. Interviews will be taken place in store too. We are only accepting applicants in GUILDFORD, ENGLAND.
We're looking for someone who loves using Apple products, enjoys solving customer needs, and gets real buzz from hands on problem solving.
As a Mac and iPhone Service Technician you'll be responsible for diagnosing faults and enacting repairs.
At iStore we understand the benefit of staff training and with our ties with Apple, ensure all our staff learn and pass the right qualifications. What we require from you is a can-do attitude and technical aptitude.
So, if you’re not afraid of hard work, learning new technical skills and have some previous technical or repair experience, then you could be just the person we’re after.

Key Qualifications:
Mac and iPhone Repair Technician
- Previous Computer or Mobile phone repair experience (Desirable though not necessary.)
- Ability to qualify as an Apple Certified Mac and iOS Technician.
- Experience at an Apple premium Reseller.
- Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
- Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
- Excellent administrative and quality control skills.
- Flexible with your schedule as work hours will be based on business needs around store opening times.
