What you’ll do:
- Lead, inspire and develop a team of Store Managers
- Deliver balanced profit and loss performance
- Develop strategies to meet a mix of commercial and behavioural KPIs
- Create retail experiences bespoke to varying customer needs and business capabilities
- Drive the growth of a high-performing and passionate culture
- Monitor, manage and optimise costs and resources
You’ll definitely:
- Have extensive people and field management experience
- Have a clear history of meeting and exceeding KPIs/targets
- Know how to use business and competitor knowledge to inform decision making
