We are an exceptional brand and we are looking for someone remarkable to join our team in the role of Retail Operations Manager. We are looking for an energetic and motivated retail professional to run our 2-store operation and support our retail portfolio growth across the UK. You will work closely with the CEO as well as the overall Board of Directors to support consistency of the Joe Browns brand and culture.
You must have 5 years experience of multi- site retail management and delivered store openings.
Main Duties & Overall Responsibilities:
· Develop the processes and communications with the Head Office team to deliver the business goals for our retail operations.
· Propose and implement actions in order to increase store profitability.
· Collaborate with merchandising to develop suitable density analysis reports drive sales and profitability.
· Develop the existing analytics across footfall, transactional value and conversion.
· Develop relevant visual merchandising guidelines from store windows to in-store displays.
· Develop store operational structures, manage personnel and coordinate activities.
· Develop store managers and team structures with the ability to lead and influence.
· Full appraisal of the operational kit and assess areas of opportunity.
· Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions for improvements.
· Build excellence in customer experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
