We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations Administrator to join our Retail Operations team.
The Retail Operations Administrator will crucial member of the team supporting the Retail Operations team with all administrative tasks.
Your main responsibilities
- Offer administrative support to the Retail Operations team under the guidance of the Retail Operations Manager
- Ensure the activity planner is up to date to give the business the most recent information at any given time
- Provide support with data and analytical insight into key business areas with a focus on sales-driving activity and Customer Services
- Gather information from stakeholders to include in the weekly communications to field teams
- Work with Customer Services to tackle the root cause of failures that lead to poor retailer experience high volume of inbound issue-based calls into Customer Services
- Administer the allocation process from a retail team perspective, including setting up of allocations, providing insight/tracking on presell opportunities, and ensuring that all sales opportunities

- Competent with Microsoft Office products especially Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables.)
