What’s the role about?
At the John Lewis Partnership, we are at the start of an exciting journey to transform our future Retail Media capability and offering to our Supplier Partners across our Waitrose and John Lewis brands.
Retail Media is a strategic priority for the Partnership and a key enabler of our future growth and transformation. We want to evolve our offering in this space to help deliver more personalised experiences to delight our customers and create compelling and impactful Retail Media propositions for the breadth of exciting and leading brands that we work with.
To deliver against this ambition, we need to accelerate our Retail Media maturity and curate and develop a market-leading and differentiated portfolio of propositions across the JLP portfolio. The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver marketing plans for our key technology brands.
At a glance
This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the London/ Head Office. However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises.
Contract type
This position is a Fixed Term for 12 months
What will you be doing?
In this truly diverse and collaborative role, you will be working alongside the Affiliate team and Planning Manager to drive performance for the business and our partners through utilising your skills and experience.
You will be required to build relationships with both publishers and brands alongside a cross-functional team internally in order to build, prioritise and deliver this activity. You will be responsible for ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged on the plan, and activity is delivered on time and to budget.

Working across different categories and with different brands, you will be investing large budgets, therefore within this role you will play a key role in identifying innovative customer-centric opportunities to drive the best ROI (return on investment) for our key suppliers.
Essential Skills
Experience working in a customer and marketing environment
Experience delivering customer-centric marketing plans with the ability to draw insights and learnings from campaign data through analytical skills
Evidence in strong written and verbal communication
Proven ability to build, maintain and influence a wide range of stakeholders across many teams internally as well as external agencies and brands.
Experience working in a collaborative environment with a proven ability to drive forward projects with multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to plan and prioritise
